Our website collects and utilizes some of your personal data to enable the provision of services and improve the user experience.

1.1. Personal data provided by the user:

To grant user access to plan values, the contact form, and the Outsourcing Plan quote request, we will require the following information: Name, Telephone, and Email. The sole purpose of collecting and storing this data is for lead generation.

The post-sales form will require the following information: Company Name, Name, CPF/CNPJ, Telephone, Email, City, State, and a Description of the Company. 

This information is collected to create an initial client profile. All the mentioned data is stored in both a database and the email at contato@sonnar.co.

In general, data will be retained throughout the contractual relationship between you and Sonnar. Subsequently, personal data will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except in cases legally provided for by Article 16 of the General Data Protection Law, which include:

Your data may be shared with our commercial partner, Henrique Wejner Teixeira, registered with CPF number 091.859.387-50. I – Any consequences arising from users’ negligence, recklessness, or lack of skill regarding their individual data. We guarantee and take responsibility only for the security of data processing processes and compliance with the purposes described in this document. We emphasize that the responsibility for the confidentiality of access data lies with the user.

II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, except in the case of proven culpable or deliberate conduct by Sonnar. We emphasize that, in the event of security incidents that may pose a relevant risk or harm to you or any of our users or clients, we will notify the affected parties and the National Data Protection Authority about the incident and comply with the necessary measures.

III – Inaccuracy of information entered by the user or client in the records necessary for the use of Sonnar services; any consequences arising from false or maliciously entered information are entirely the responsibility of the user or client.
